QNY - shift to another frequency with ___. (Left to shifting stns to agree upon.)
QNZ - zero beat the NCS.

Some not so common Q codes we may use:
QRG -- What is my exact frequency?
QRU -- Have you anything for me? (Answer in negative)
QRV -- Are you ready?
QRW -- Shall I tell ..... you are calling him?
QRZ -- Who is calling me?
QSL -- Can you acknowledge receipt?
QSO -- Can you communicate with ____ direct?
QSP -- Will you relay to _____ ?
QSV -- Shall I send a series of V's?

The use of 'hail' signs. If your call sign is XX9ABC just send an A then I'll reply with A and you then send your message thusly: DE XX9ABC GE KEVIN ... The 'hail' sign being the first letter after the region number in your call sign.
